WEDDINGS AT ST LAURENCE CHURCH, MEASHAM
Congratulations on your forthcoming marriage. Whether you’re just dreaming of a church wedding, or well into the planning already, we want to help and support you. Did you know that today more than a quarter of all marriages in England between a man and a woman take place in the traditional setting of a Church of England church? You're welcome to marry in church whether or not you are baptized and whether or not you go to church. For such a special day, we offer a special place.
What do we do next? We always have a rehearsal so that everyone can be confident and relaxed (as possible) on the big day.
Real reviews:
“The service was amazing. Everyone was made to feel welcome, especially the children who were allowed to play and enjoy it too. The service was made very personal to our situation” "Vivien gave us a lovely day. It was relaxed but with enough support to get us through the service. She had prepared a service which was focused upon me and my partner. She made us laugh and cry happy tears. It was perfect, I couldn't have asked for more." "We married at St Laurence Church in Measham on the 6th June. We can't thank Vivien enough for the support she gave us throughout the whole wedding planning process. The service was beautiful, warm and funny in parts which put us so at ease and the whole day went without a hitch! The church speaks for itself, it's a stunning building. We're so thankful we found such a wonderful vicar to conduct the ceremony, we would highly recommend!" “The service was excellent; the vicar was exceptional with meetings etc prior to our special day. We would personally recommend this church for any service” “Very friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the organization of the day and on the day” “We would just like to say what a wonderful wedding blessing we had yesterday. It was even better than we anticipated and really felt like we were being married again; even the people who came to Venice felt the same. I think that you made the service very personal, very fitting and also a real mix of ancient and modern. Everyone commented on the service and the bell ringers really made it for us. The church is absolutely amazing; our guests could not believe how beautiful it is. Once again, thank you so much for a really meaningful service. Whilst we are quite new to the area we do feel part of the community here.”
We wish you every blessing for your forthcoming marriage.
